Ingredients
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 pear or apple chopped
  • 1 small beet chopped (4 - 5 oz)
  • 1 cup water or nondairy milk
  • 1 heaping spoonful of peanut butter
Optional add ins:
  • Nuts or seeds (we like sunflower seeds)
  • Cacao or cocoa powder
  • Sweetener of choice (dates, raisins, agave, maple syrup, etc.)
Instructions
  1. Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.
